Wash and cut seasonings and vegetables for the Steamed Fish. Slice okras diagonally. Slice carrots, potato, and pumpkin thinly so it can be cooked through easily.
Add Fish Tea soup mix, 1Cup of water along with vegetables to the pot on Medium heat. Cover pot and allow the mixture to come to a boil for 10 mins.
Add Fish, Butter, and Seasonings to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 mins on low heat.
Turn off your pot when the gravy is reduced to your desired liking. It should not be a lot of water it should have a soupy consistency.
Best Served hot. You can add water crackers after you turned off the stove and cover for 3-5 mins and serve and enjoy with a cool beverage of your choice.
