Jamaican Egg Nog is a sweet beverage made from eggs and milk and traditionally served at Christmas time. It can however be made, and served, year round.
3 medium eggs
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar – > View on Amazon
1 1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk – > View on Amazon
4 tablespoon(s) white rum
1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg – > View on Amazon
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla essence – > View on Amazon
Whisk eggs until they are thick and lemon coloured.
Add sugar, evaporated milk, white rum, nutmeg and vanilla and blend for 1 minutes.
Serve over ice. Add white rum (or alcoholic beverage of choice) to liking.
