Restaurants of Jamaica Limited (ROJ), operators of KFC and Pizza Hut brands, is seeking to identify a highly driven, business minded and team-oriented professional to join its senior management team in the capacity of Supply Chain Manager.
ROJ is a large dynamic organization, managing international brands in over 60 exciting and high-volume restaurants island wide and engaging nearly 3,000 employees. The Supply Chain Manager will have the responsibility to direct, plan and monitor the supply chain processes of the organization; ensuring optimal efficiency in forecasting, procurement, inventory management and contract negotiations.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a first degree and minimum five years’ experience in supply chain management or procurement.
Demonstrated competence in business leadership and the ability to effectively operate in the fest-moving business environment
Experience in supplier relationship management, integrated business planning and designing collaborative initiatives with suppliers
Observant and responsive to business needs, opportunities and threats
Proven experience in forecasting, procurement and inventory management with good appreciation for logistics
Experience working with shipping agents and through brokers
Strong negotiating skills and experience in contract management
Analytical ability for statistics, forecasting, inventory and cost management
Results oriented with strong problem solving and decision making skills
Detail oriented and meticulous with strong planning and organizing skills
Team work, collaboration and conflict management skills
Effective communication, integrity and good interpersonal skills
