Supply Chain Manager


Restaurants of Jamaica Limited (ROJ), operators of KFC and Pizza Hut brands, is seeking to identify a highly driven, business minded and team-oriented professional to join its senior management team in the capacity of Supply Chain Manager.

ROJ is a large dynamic organization, managing international brands in over 60 exciting and high-volume restaurants island wide and engaging nearly 3,000 employees. The Supply Chain Manager will have the responsibility to direct, plan and monitor the supply chain processes of the organization; ensuring optimal efficiency in forecasting, procurement, inventory management and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a first degree and minimum five years’ experience in supply chain management or procurement.

Competencies Required:

  • Demonstrated competence in business leadership and the ability to effectively operate in the fest-moving business environment
  • Experience in supplier relationship management, integrated business planning and designing collaborative initiatives with suppliers
  • Observant and responsive to business needs, opportunities and threats
  • Proven experience in forecasting, procurement and inventory management with good appreciation for logistics
  • Experience working with shipping agents and through brokers
  • Strong negotiating skills and experience in contract management
  • Analytical ability for statistics, forecasting, inventory and cost management
  • Results oriented with strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Detail oriented and meticulous with strong planning and organizing skills
  • Team work, collaboration and conflict management skills
  • Effective communication, integrity and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
