- Overseeing the day to day operations of the Customer Service Department.
- Order Entry/Telephone Operating/Cash Sales.
- Tracking of customers’ orders & warehouse liaison.
- Training of Customer Service Representatives,
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be computer literate
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
- 3 CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics as well as a Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized institution.
