QUALITY ASSURANCE

VirSAG is the first of its kind Third Party Administrator in the Caribbean, specialising in medical claims management services for multinational medical insurance companies.

To better serve our clients, we must take a proactive, versus a reactive approach to quality assurance.

Core Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Review claims to ensure that they are processed accurately and consistently according to benefit plans
  • Document and report issues found, and work with claims handlers to ensure resolution
  • Maintain department standards regarding claims volume, claims accuracy’ and customer satisfaction
  • Thoroughly investigate, evaluate and settle claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Must be highly analytical, organized, solution oriented with meticulous attention to detail. Problem solving and decision-making skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
