To join its legal team
Responsibilities will include:
Arranging and attending meetings with clients.
Conducting a full-time Conveyancing practice under supervision of and subject to regular consultation and close liaising with the responsible Attorney and other team members.
Monitoring transactions to keep Attorney informed of status of matters, client contact, strategies to move forward.
Drafting documents and filing same with relevant government offices.
Qualifications/Required Skills and Experience
Relevant Undergraduate Degree
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Exceptional initiative, judgment, prioritizing and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Prior Law firm or in-house legal department experience required, preferably with transactional experience
