Duties include:

  • Plan, execute & manage various promotions
  • Create strategic recruitment drives for new promotional

 hostesses/brand ambassadors

  • Prepare detailed reports after each project is completed
  • Coordinate multiple promotions as required
  • Organize and perform training of all brand ambassadors/promoters

 prior to activation

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • BSc in Events Planning and or Marketing and or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Events Planning, Project  

 Management or related field.

  • Good command of written English, and good oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power

 Point)

  • Be detail-oriented, highly organised, meet deadlines
  • Be focused and a problem solver
  • Ability to work outside of the regular 9-5 hours
