International Asset Services Ltd is seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the following position:
To educate and connect with delinquent individuals in satisfying their outstanding obligations whilst building relationships.
This position will report directly to the Collection Supervisor.
Provide the highest level of customer service to delinquent individuals.
Daily meeting (15mins) commencing at 8:30am with Collections Supervisor.
Manage and execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately input information in system.
Contact and Negotiate with debtors daily to have balances settled in the shortest possible time.
Meet company’s overall target.
Daily update of accounts to be visited by field agents.
Knowledgeable our current accounts management system.
Knowledge of client requirements.
Knowledge and Skill
Knowledge of all Microsoft applications
Excellent written and oral skills
Tertiary level education
At least 1-year work experience in customer service
