The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of the Association.
Outputs include:
Implement an effective policies and procedures system
Manage an up-to-date Human Resource Information System
Manage the Appraisal System for staff
Manage leave application system for all staff
Special Condition Associated with the Job
Travel Island wide
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Administration
Experience or knowledgeable in government HR system
Sound knowledge of the Jamaica Labour Laws
Aware of employment statues passed or amended
At least 4 years’ experience in the field of Human Resource Management
