- • NVQJ- Level 6 Certification or the equivalent Masters Degree in disciplines such as: Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Public Administration, Industrial Relations.
- • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organisational planning, organisation development, employee relations, safety, and training, would be an asset.
- • At least five (5) years relevant experience in a comparable position. The experience, ideally, should be gained from an industry/environment similar to what prevails at the HEART Trust/NTA. This could include one or a combination of these: Public Administration, Higher Education Institutions, Financial Service Organisations or a Large Labour-Intensive Business Operation.
