     CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  •   Achieve sales growth with new and current customer base by visits     introducing new and updated products while being a resource for your    customers.
  • Build client relationships with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Coordinate customer orders with accounts department.

 

Qualification, Experience and Attributes:

  • First Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in related field
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must process a high level of initiative and the ability to work    independently
  • Problem solving skills: ability to solve customer issues and troubleshooting problems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS. Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

 Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle would be an asset
