CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales growth with new and current customer base by visits introducing new and updated products while being a resource for your customers.
- Build client relationships with a customer-centric attitude.
- Coordinate customer orders with accounts department.
Qualification, Experience and Attributes:
- First Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in related field
- Minimum three (3) years experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must process a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Problem solving skills: ability to solve customer issues and troubleshooting problems
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS. Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle would be an asset
