A Medium sized manufacturing and distribution company requires a:



For effective performance, the successful candidate must have the requisite skills and experience to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Financial Statements, Financial Analysis and the ability to effectively Supervise a high performing accounting team.


  • Assist with the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and financial analysis
  • Coordinate the timely preparation, review and distribution of the monthly financial statements and related reports
  • Ensure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures and the Internal Control Mechanisms
  • Continuously streamline and enhance the accounting systems and procedures
  • Effective Management of Working Capital to reduce adverse risks
  • Payroll Management
  • Effective supervision, coaching and enrichment of the department staff
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Manage the audit process and liaise with external personnel as required
  • Perform other related duties.


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting required: ACCA or MBA is an advantage
  • 7+ years of experience in a Manufacturing/Retail Environment and reporting at the Management level
  • Current knowledge of IFRS; solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Suite, and Data Analysis tools
  • Track record for error-free and on-time accounting reports
  • Willingness to get your hand dirty
  • Strong business acumen, along with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly organized with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
