WORLDNET MICROFINANCE REQUIRES

Branch Supervisor
For: All Island

  • A minimum of a degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years working experience in a supervisory/management capacity
  • Must be able to grow branch loan portfolio and manage receivables
  • Must own and operate a reliable motor vehicle

Customer Service Supervisor
For: its Head Office (Kingston)

  • A minimum  of a degree in business administration or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years working experience in a customer service supervisory / management capacity
  • Must have initiative and be able to grow department portfolio and market the products to customers
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
  • Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives
  • Ability to prepare knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions
  • Ability to identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations
  • Ability to monitor or reviews calls, post and emails from varied social media platform from customers
  • Ability to ensure that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services
  • Ability to collect data and prepares reports on customer complaint sand inquiries
  • Must be proficient in online marketing platform

Additional requirement for both vacancies:

  • Previous experience working in the micro-financing / banking sector would be an asset
  • Be able to exercise good work ethics and professionalism
  • Ability to effectively supervise staff
  • To strategically develop marketing plans, strategies and tactics that will drive and improve the company’s growth
  • Be highly motivated and performance driven
  • Must be analytical and have excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing
  • Must have a keen eye for details
