Job Description

BILLING CLERK – ST ANNS BAY

KEY FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

ORDER ENTRY; BILLING

Key Competencies:

  • Process orders from Sales Representatives, Telephone, Fax, Email
  • Coordinate with the relevant departments- order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, back orders
  • Invoice verification
  • Inform customers of shipping dates, delays or out of stock items before order ships
  • Verify pricing of order before confirming order
  • Billing
  • Any other duties and assignments which the company deems appropriate

ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate Degree
  • Secondary education with a passing grade in at least five (5) subjects CXC
  • Working experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Quickbooks Accounting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
