A leading Hardware Retailer seeks qualified persons to fill the capacity of:

MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience in a fast pace environment
  • Mature, Disciplined and Confidential
  • Ability to effectively manage people and assets
  • Assertive
  • Team Player
  • Ability to lead and train staff
  • Able to manage delivery and receival of goods
  • Strong Leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours
  • Experience in the Hardware environment and knowledge of hardware and building products would be advantageous
  • BSc. in Business Administration, Supervisory/ Human Resource Management/Warehouse Management Certificate or higher qualification from a recognized tertiary institution would be advantageous
