We invite applicants for the position of:


Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Business or Accounting
  • At least two years accounting clerk experience with the QuickBooks Software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Driven & Deadline Oriented
  • Customer Service Oriented


  • Accurately maintains accounting records using OuickBooks software
    • Maintains a daily record of receivables, payables and lodgments
    • Maintains the general ledger account entries
    • Maintains the Maintenance Fee Register and receipt books, expenses vouchers and bank accounts.
  • Prepares cheques and payment vouchers for signatures
  • Assists in the preparation of financial reports, analysis and summaries
  • Provides monthly statements of accounts to owners in a timely manner
  • Accurately performs all record keeping and filing activities, computer data entry and other computerized activities, including backing up all data files on a daily basis
