A reputable construction company with more than 20 years executing projects Island wide invites applicants for the following position:


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative, and support services to the company.


  • General administrative duties
  • Updating of various projects reference, records etc.
  • Updating and distributing of company lists i.e. tel./fax/email
  • Ensuring that the Projects Department is kept in order and fully operational
  • Collating, binding and checking documents related to the tender process
  • Dealing with ad hoc matters arising and as directed by the Managing Director and Project Director
  • Receiving, checking and packing invoices, pay bills and other documents to be sent to the accounts section
  • Other duties as assigned


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least two years of work experience. Construction industry experience would be an asset
  • Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
